Check out circuit training. It will be a cardio/muscular workout all in 1 and you won't hurt yourself this bad. Do not work out today. Go to the store and buy a protein supplement (90-isolate is the best), and some glutamine supplement (an amino acid that will help those muscles repair, along with a lot of other good things). Never work a muscle that's too sore to work. You are tearing those muscles, and if they have no repair time, you will seriously hurt yourself. Rest.

You need to give the muscle time to recuperate. Some weight trainers suggest focusing one day on say legs, the next on lets say abs, the next on upper body and arms, then running through the cycle again. Remember when you are exercising you are breaking down to build up. In order for this to be accomplished (the building up portion) you need to give the respective areas time to recuperate. Never work the same muscle group two days in a row. Your muscles need 24–48 hours of recovery time before the next life.

I would take a day to rest your muscles need to repair and rest. Be sure and drink lots of water to get rid of the lactic acid that is building up in your muscles and making you sore. You might even trying a supplement that helps with repair of muscles and gets rid of the lactic acid post work out.
But take a day to rest, your body needs it. It's not a motivational problem your body is sending you signals it needs to rest.

Its not good for your body to work out extremly hard everyday or liek the same muscles everyday, why don't you try a cardio workout and walk or run every other day adn then the other days continue with this workout.

Why don't you go for a walk today. The exercise can help with muscle stiffness, but won't add to the pain because it's working different muscles. You're probably overdoing it, which is making it hard to be motivated.

I agree. Give yourself a break. Or mix it up and do something really different, like work out your upper body / arms. Do pushups, use weights or stretchy bands, etc.
