you can do pull-ups on a bar to work off belly and arm fat at the same time. you can do crunches or sit-ups for belly fat. you can play baseball or volleyball or any sports you run with or use your arms with to work off arm fat.

Before you see your abs you have to lose fat. That can be acomplished with diet and cardiovascular exercise.
