If say hypothetically A girl misses 2 weeks of taking "ortho tricyclin lo" does she have to repeat the 3 month period of getting it into her system again or is it different the second go around?

Well not taking two weeks worth of pills, whether it be two active weeks or an active and inactive week, you will have to get your body back into the cycle again so it will take a few weeks to get back on track again.

Use alternative forms of protection if you plan on having sex after restarting your pills.
