No. You can't contract any STDs from using a toilet after someone who has a STD. If a person was able to contract a STD from a toilet seat then A LOT more people would have STDs.

I have had genital herpes and HPV for 6+ years now. I lived with my younger brothers and parents for most of those 6 years (I was diagnosed when I was 17 years old). NONE of them ever contracted herpes from my by using the toilet after me, or the shower, sink, pool, hot tub, chair, etc, for that matter. And, NONE of my friends, other family members, or boyfriends (now exs) ever contracted the virus from me by using the bathroom after me.

STDs are just not spread like that. STDs are only spread by sex (vaginal, oral, and anal) and by DIRECT skin to skin contact with the infected area. Some STDs can also be spread by birth if the mother has it but this is REALLY rare.

their are strains of HPV that are so contagious that they can be contracted from a toilet seat..that is why their is a push to get everyone vaccinated

no you can not i had chlamydia and nobody living in the same house got it now cured
