Where does he throw these stuffs? Because to be honest, I sometimes can't keep the anger inside of me & I just want to let the tension out by throwing stuffs but no one is involved or not throwing it to an individual/ people. I throw stuffs alone. After it, I'll be okay. It's one great way to release the steam inside.

BUT if he throws stuffs to a person or persons, or involves an individual or people because of what he's angry about, then he might have a problem not basically a mental problem. He needs Anger Management therapy. He might have a mental problem if he demonstrates a change in his behavior aside from being angry like hallucinations & delusions, & is or are affecting his daily normal function/s in his life. Try assessing him. If you think that he might have a mental problem, try talking him to see a counselor, psychologist or psychiatrist.

Yes, it's a mental problem called out-of-control, I'm the only important person in the world who matters you don't behavior. Leave the room, leave the house, leave, when this behavior starts. If you don't live with this person, stay away from them. If you live with this person, you need help for co-dependents of violent people. Get help.

No a lot of people throw stuff. Since you did not get into more detail, really could not tell you if he had a mental disorder. But a lot of people throw stuff anyway, when they get angry, and so forth.

Try my aluminum therapy - buy an aluminum baseball bat and wait for him to throw something. Hit him in the back. Repeat as necessary.
