Yes, you can. It's for men who have a problem getting an erection. There's a few different ways of doing it. For the permanent hard on, they insert a flexible rod into the penis. When you have sex you bend it up, when not, you bend it down. There's another type that pumps up. There's others, but I don't remember them.

No, and you wouldn't want to. Why would you want it to be so permanently damaged as to lose use of it completely?

On the other hand, there are options if you have lost the ability to have an erection.

This web page has some photos and diagrams of various implants and how they work.

Its not healthy and safe to keep a hard on all the time. I don't know of any MD who would perform surgery like that. There are devices that can be installed for the man to activate himself when he wants an erection. Good luck and happy erection to ya!

A permanent hard on is actually really bad for you - it is called priapism, and if it persists for long enough, means you can lose your penis. So an operation to do that would be nonsensical.

it is possible with bone or rod graft but is has following disadvantges...
1) your penis will die in a day or too due to staying of blood there and not circulating to remove carbon dioxide produced there is penis
2) you will not be able to pee
3) your barin may become dead becuse of less blood supply, becuse all blodd will be in penis.etc.
4) you may still not satisfy a girl
you should look how to satisfy a girl , then you will not agian ask such a question....

Not a wise thing to do. Just get a popsicle stick and some zip ties. You can achieve the same results.

yes but then ur penis would eventually be ****** because blood can't stay in there for so long. It has to flush out and exhcange for new blood. You'd prolly die after a day or two of constant hard on
