im trying and i need something good to focus on. im only a teen and love to shop so the clothes at cotton on and that + at skool theres alot of pressure to be skinny!

When I can no longer get up and walk around! At 59, I am not fashion conscious but am sufficiently health conscious.

While wishing you well, my advice to you (based on a lot of health books which I read and review) is not to starve yourself and not to try to be too skinny. It is not good for health.

My health, I need to lose 15 more pounds for my creeky knees. If we eat healthy and exercise, the benifits of taking a nutrition and exercise class far out wiegh the social pressure to be thin to fit in.

i want to lose weight so i can run around with my daughter more and my kness have started hurting because iam carrying 2stone extra. you have to lose weight for your health since you are a teen it shouldnt take long for the weight to full off as long as you excrise and eat the right foods

u can try 18 in 4 diet cos u dont have to exercise or just replace one meal with fresh juice. They r both great ways and i think the motivation lies in them both being easy.
