Yes, but it takes two years or more to start helping, and up to five years to get the maximum benefit. I had allergy shots for nine years. Now my former allergies no longer show up as antibodies on a blood test.

Allergies are autoimmune. There is currently no cure for any autoimmune diseases. Hay fever is an aggravation, but you would need to carefully weigh the risk of immune suppressants
