Is your neck out of alignment? can be a major cause of headaches - after dehydration. (This might need manual manipulation by an osteopath or chiropractor)
Have you had your eyes checked recently? Could be either visual problems or glaucoma (the pressure in glaucoma causes headaches in some people) If either of these it needs to be checked by an optometrist.
Are you sleeping with an open window, with a draft on the back of your neck or head? (If so, try sleeping with the window closed)
How old are you? Is it possibly a change in hormones? If so, then liver cleansing can help to clear hormones out of your body - hot water with lemon juice in it first thing every morning, Milk Thistle (St Mary's Thistle/Silybum marianum) tablets can help the liver perform better.
Are you stressed and grinding your teeth in your sleep? This can increase tension in the TMJ and cause severe headaches. Try having tea made from chamomile, lavener, oats or passionflower before going to sleep so that your sleep is more relaxed. Sleep with a mouth guard to help prevent teeth grinding.
Do you have hypertension? This can cause headaches, and needs to be addressed.
Could it be due to sinus problems? Try sleeping in a dust free/pollution free environment. Might be helped by breathing steam with eucalyptus oil in it.
There are so many causes of headaches, I've just outlined some of the more common ones, and hope this helps a little. I wish you all the best.

Sounds like a migraine. Since you say they are mild headaches you could try some over the counter migraine meds and see if that helps. If the headaches continue go see your doctor.
It could also be a virus of some sort since you say they are mild and have lasted for a week. I have had that before and the tylenol will hold the headache down for an hour or so and then it comes back. After a few days it just goes away.
Good luck

They sound like migraines. Sometimes the usual over the counter remedies dont work and you need to buy a brand designed for migraine, go and ask at the pharmacy. I get them occasionally and they are horrible. Start keeping a diary every day of what you eat to see if its related to food, i find dark chocolate sets mine off. Or it could be stress? perhaps you need an eye check. If its none of these things then they should ease but if they dont go along to your doc to check its not something else, i'm not talking brain tumour so dont panic but there are loads of medical conditions where a headache is a factor. A cup of coffee sometimes helps, theres something in the caffeine. Good luck x

It sounds like either hayfever or nasal congestion. I suggest that you either get an anti histamine from the chemist or a decongestant. You can get nasal sprays as well as tablets. You can also get eye drops to ease the irritation on your eyes. Its extremely uncomfortable and can make you very miserable, however can be treated effectively. If this does not work for you, I suggest you see your doctor who may prescribe slightly stronger medication. Apparently if you buy honey which is produced locally, you can build up your resistance to hayfever. I have heard this is very effective in treating these symptoms. It could be that you need your eyesight testing. Do you spend alot of time on the pc? Take care

could be migraine or a clustered headache. most tablets do not help. you need ones specially designed for migraine or a clustered headache. you can get them from your doctor or over the counter at any chemist. there is not harm having a chat with your doctor to rule out anything serious. high blood pressure can also cause severe headaches

Well it could be from the summer heat, or you could not be getting enough sleep. You also might be withdrawing from something or it's from starting to exersice or something. Think if anything lately has changes in your lifestyle from what used to be normal. That probabaly is causing it and it should go away eventually when your body gets used to it.

Go to your doctor and don't ask unqualified people what is wrong. There could be many things it could be, you will only get conflicting answers, as you can plainly see..
