There is no cure for cancer.

The shark cartilage supplement that you buy over the counter has been tested for over 30 years and they found no benefit to cancer patients. What might be confusing you is that there are ongoing tests using liquid shark cartilage extract in a new drug. These are in Clinical Trials for non-small cell lung cancer. The National Cancer Institute is conducting many different types of CAM trials to prove one way or the other if they are of any benefit to cancer patients. A clinical trial is an experiment basically using cancer patients who have few options.
