heres what you do step by step get ten dollars, go to a barber or a salon whatever your preference, tell them your problem, have them fix it for the moment then every 2 weeks for the rest of your life, go back to the barber or salon and have them fix it. when you become bold you do it your self.

I also use the micro touch trimmer, it's small and easy to grip and it fits perfectly in the middle of the eyebrows, (or eyebrow =p) and it takes about 10 seconds every month. And the whole deal about it growing back bushier and thicker is a myth, eyebrows are made of certain hair that never change, it always stays the way it is. So look into that and consider. Waxing hurts and doesn't last too too long, and plucking hurts and it's hard to do. Good luck!

you can get rid of it permanently with laser hair removal, but that can be pretty expensive. i suggest just getting it professionally waxed. its a lot better than shaving, and it will grow back a lot slower. and if youve heard it hurts, dont worry about that too much. its just a bit of a sting for a couple minutes, and its not really that bad. it kinda feels like someone snapped a rubberband on your eyebrow.
also its inexpensive. it shouldnt cost more than $20 (unless you go someplace super swanky, which is pointless) but it is usually a lot cheaper. like, the salon i go to costs $8 for eyebrow waxing.

get it waxed. It mite hurt like hell but itll stay away 4 longer than shaving. and if u shave it just grows back thicker so thats not a good idea.

pluck it or wax it. Sure, it hurts like a mother, but it won't grow back nearly as fast.

Waxing is probably the most effective if you don't want to spend a ton. DONT SHAVE IT!
