well I wear thongs lol but thats just me . I wear them with my penis down because if I suddenly get a hard on.. or something i dont want it too noticable. but then again having it up has its advantages... if you DO get a hard on and yuo have your penis up.. you can tuck it between your waist band and pants to help hide it better then when its down.. but its a little less comfortable but it conceals it perfectly lol
