This doesn't make sense to me. I would think that to lose weight, you'd work out and eat less. No??

My brother committed suicde when he was 18, my little sister who is one year younger than him committed suicide when she was 23, that was 2 weeks ago, depression runs in my family.........now my little brother who is 25 is having thoughts of suicide as well, I have advised him to go to conseling and take medication, he says he does not think he will ever be happy and has not been happy since he was a kid, what can i do to make sure we do not have 3 suicides in our family, 2 is hard enough, my family is going thru a lot right now, how can i help him if he does not want any help, he will hardly leave the house, i do not want to lose another family member due to this illness, what can i do?, please help me

I am 24 and i was diagnosesd with G.H. I dont feel attractive anymore, I am always scare that i will meet someone get attach and wanting to be with him. I dont know how I got it, i just know that I be single for the rest of my life :( I am scare to give it to someone that I am attractive to, that i will luv him, but that I will have to confess such an emberresing thing. what should i do? when i get a breaout!! i wanna die, i wanna dissapear, is so painful, so not hot, so not cool, so traumatic. I have been a runner my whole life. in the past year when i run over a mile or sprint, a bump almost the size of a dime appears just to the right of my shin. Someone told me this could be a blood clot and i'm wondering what it could be and if it could be dangerous.

I gave it up. I use to be a 3 times a day person.

I lost my mother 1 month ago. I feel like I've had a protective shell around me during her 8 month illness and then her death, but now that shell is crumbling and I am feeling the pain to the very core of my being. Is this "normal"? I feel awful physically and emotionally.

Okay, this is probably the worst experiance I've had in my life. Yesterday, June 5, I noticed that I have constipation. The reason is that I ate too many sunflower seeds. Unfourtunately, the seeds are VERY pointy (like a porcupine up your butt) and extremely hard to pass. What should I do to stop this?
