I gave it up. I use to be a 3 times a day person.
I suppose I was addicted to it. It took about 3 months of anxiety to quit. Now, no desire to do it at all (3.5 years now)

Studies have shown that if you do not, then the desire fades. So by that you are normal.

i really dont get how you can do it 3 times a day. which is actually pretty common. once a day or every other day is good already. I'll give it up when I get a girlfriend or if i do a camping thing or sleep over at someone's house.

You need medical help if you have anxiety. SSRI medications will help. Also, did you substitute your masturbation for copulation three times a day? You need to seek medical help if you think you may be a nymphomaniac.

that sux. i used to have sex or masturbate every day and now im going through this period of not being that interested in sex because im not really turned on. it's prob cuz i've done it all and im bored. it's probably the same thing for you

tried to quit... did for about a year... wow ..its great to do it again.. it really just relieves stress...and relaxes me... I've been doing it ever since I can remember...
