I'm having trouble finding information on the internet such as: how long do you have to go to school for this?
What is required to get hired as one?
Can you work in the field while getting education or do you have to wait until you graduate?

If anybody out there has any knowledge about this please let me know. Thanks !

Why is it that if a woman doesn't have a man to vouche for her she's automatically either a lesbian, weak, or a *****.

If you're a woman and you choose to stay single then something must be wrong with you. It's not just men who think that some women have diluted themselves into thinking that you can't be strong without a man.

Why is that?

I got my back molars filled a few months ago, and the dentist said they were just very tiny cavities, not very deep. I had them filled with the composite (white) fillings, and yes, I know they are "not as good" as silver fillings but I couldn't stand the thought of something ugly marring my smile.

But anyway, at first it felt like the filling was too high so I went back and they polished it back down a little. It helped, but now whenever I bite down on something even remotely crunchy (even stuff like crackers or celery), if it hits that tooth I feel pain.

I recently went back a third time. The dentist said he didn't see anything wrong with the bite pattern after he put that blue paper stuff on my teeth to check it. What can I do? Should I just go to someone else? I feel like this guy just doesn't know or care.

I was wondering if anyone here could help me to understand what exactly is my problem, which in recent times has become more prominent.I seem to be unable to operate and focus with people around me.Any sound when I am reading, writing, working is painful.I am doing an internship with young people and today it took me 4 a hours to do a bit of research an write 1 email,a job normally for 20 min.I don't have the " shy loner syndrome" have friends and am perfectly fine chatting to strangers and finding myself in unfamiliar social circumstances, I am also fine when it comes to multitasking,the problem arises when those two are mixed up:when the "internal"-reading,dealing with objects,writing,thinking gets interrupted by the "external"-sound, overheard words,also small talk when my mind is focused on my task.When this happens i just feel like somebody has played an ultra high sound i feel almost agressive,or just like the only thing on earth that would help me would be giant soft headphones

I need to have a wisdom tooth pulled. My dentist said he'd do it - give me plenty of meds to get me high enough not to feel anything. Or I could go to an oral surgeon and be completely knocked out. I don't have insurance so I have to pay myself - I'm afraid to be awake - but I'm thinking it might be cheaper. I never had any teeth pulled so I don't know what to expect! What are the pros and cons to consider? What would you do?

someone sent me a email about shaken baby syndrome and this sounds incorrect to me-i have a disabled baby who has had open heart surgery and this just dont add up.--"When we first arrived at the hospital they put a pressure gage into his head to moniter the Intercranial Pressure (The pressure that the brain is under due to swelling and Bleeding). He wasn't doing too well all day yesterday, his pressure in his head was ranging between 29-40 and the normal pressure is between 5-20. So doctors decided that the best thing to do was to put a tube into his brain to drain spinal fluid from his ventricle. This procedure was a sucess and brought the pressure down."

is there spinal fluid in your brain,and do we have ventricles up in our head?thats what i would like to know--thanks!

It's a controversial cure because they take the brain cells from an aborted baby and use it to treat the disease. That what my science teacher told me that the government won't allow it because there would be a lot of controvery. You know there will be people protesting against that and that' probably why to just avoid all of this.....the government won't allow it. I know abortion is wrong, however, a woman isn't going to have an abortion just to cure Alzheimer's. For whatever reason they are getting it is their choice and not mines and if they are going to do it they might as well give the baby's brain cells and help cure a disease. I'm not saying they should just kill a baby just to add an extra few years to an older person's life, however, woman get abortions so they don't have to deal with taking care of a child. If they going to do it anyways......might as well. What do you all think?
