Go for walks, work outs, develop good sound sleeping habits as well: this may sound odd but the more you do the more energetic you will become: just don't go nuts on the first day out you have to work up to doing a good work out. and stop eating junk foods.

Try to get 8 hours of sleep a night any more or less will drain you for the next day. It may sound repetitive and im sure youve heard it before, but try to exercise more. If you sit around all day your body gets use to a sedintary lifestyle and adjust accordingly, if your getting out and moving than that will give you energy for the rest of the day.

It depends, somtimes protien helps and somtimes carbohydrates. It just depends on who you are.

get up and start moving.. start off slow walking ect.. then running.. weights.. eat right and sleep right.
