Absolutely. I contracted genital herpes and HPV at the same time.
And, yes, HPV can be spread by DIRECT skin to skin contact, even if the couple didn't have sex. DIRECT skin to skin contact like "dry humping" is enough to spread the virus.

You can contract as many stds in one encounter as the person has. You won't necessarily contract them all, but odds are good enough to be afraid that you will. Ise a condom!. And yes, is a penis with HPV just touches the skin of your genitals you can contract HPV. They have a vaccine for HPV now though that will protect you from the dangerous strains that cause cervical cancer. Most insurance companies cover it for women...if you are under 24...so get it if you can. And no matter what...just use a condom until you are in a relationship secure enough to both get tested and be monogomous.

I contracted 3 std's from one guy from one time of sex. He gave me chlamydia, genital warts (HPV), and genital warts. HPV is only contracted from skin-to-skin contact and not by body fluids. It is possible for you to get several std's from skin-to-skin contact including HPV. Be safe. Use a condom

Yes, you can have both viral STDs or both bacterial STDs or one is viral and one is bacterial.
Skin contact does not transmit sexually transmitted diseases, except if you have breaks on your skin.
