Oh gosh.... first of all, try to calm yourself any way you can. Generally, anxiety attacks are a signal that your 'reasoning' side of yourself can't deal with all of the stress you're going through. Therefore, an attack is simply the body's way of releasing tension and stress. Are you stressed about something? Is it brought on by guilt? Do you find that it happens at a particular part of the day, or when you eat or drink something (like sugar, or alcohol) ... start making a log of your symptoms leading up to them, and after them. Also, log your symptoms during - are there tremors, sweats, sleeping problems, etc?
But, main thing is, DECOMPRESS! Find something that you know relieves stress in your life, something you enjoy doing, and do it more often. Also, by tracking your symptoms, you're more likely to pinpoint what you need to eliminate in your life that's bringing them on.
If you've felt that you can't beat 'em by yourself, don't have any reservations about seeing a neurologist. Even if you go to your regular family doc, don't stress... a lot of people go through what you go through!!
I hope I helped.... great luck with that! I've never personally experienced one, I don't think, but I know they're a pain in the tush! I'll be thinking aboutcha buddy!

I have been going thru the exact same thing lately.
Today I slept as much as possible, althought I know some of the sleeping indicates Depression.
And a lot of the attacks have to do with Stress.

Call your mom and your sister, you do not need to suffer alone.

without medication id say the best way is to be confident your obviously worried about something that is upsetting you internally. Confidence is key, live ur day one minute at a time and be confident that your a strong person and can get through watever it is ur going through. Think bout how easy ur life is compared to others and think of this as a roadblock, can you hurdle it? come on you wernt raised to give up now were u?
