thats what usually happens when you lose weight by starving/depriving your body - you lose only water weight and muscle not fat and also slow down metabolism.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

it is a good recognized reality that you just cannot quite goal exact locations of your frame for weight reduction...that is why it is referred to as a pear form considering the fact that exact persons have that form NATURALLY. the one factor you'll quite do is do a host of aerobic (in case your palms would not have a lot fats on them, there is not an excessive amount of that could be disappearing correct?) and the aerobic will aid you lose any fats you have got and you'll additionally be certain you do higher frame strengthening which might aid be certain you continue to have sufficient up most sensible (do not fear it would possibly not make you cumbersome). It's quite tough although considering the fact that even doing aerobic, you ordinarily are utilising your legs (going for walks, elliptical, cycling) so that you might become getting extra muscular tissues on your legs in any case however muscle is helping burn fats so your quality wager is to simply lose as a lot fats as you'll (which turns out love it could in general come from diminish part) and be certain you do strengthening up most sensible to steadiness the whole thing on the grounds that aerobic on my own could construct up your diminish facet slightly, however there may be not anything unsuitable with being TONED :)

Every time you lose weight your bones show? Then it sounds like you just need to do some weight exercise. When those muscles fall into place, so will your figure. Best of luck.

Do resistance work and build muscle while losing fat. If you diet and don't exercise, you lose as much muscle as fat (and if you gain the weight back, you gain pretty much all fat).
