calcium and protein, drink lots of milk and take a multivitamin. also avoid smoking and get plenty of excersize, it's the only way besides HGH and you need to be perscribed hromones

i think that 13 to 16 years old that boys tend to grow fast during those years, and then it will slow down 17-20years old will stop at 21st. but it will depend to the person if he will live in a healthy lifestyle meaning adequate sleep, healthy foods eating beans will surely help.

Since you're nearly 17 you may grow a little more. You haven't fully matured yet.

I'm pretty sure that it all happens naturally. I have not seen anywhere any tips to make yourself taller or anything other than buy shoes that have supports to make you taller and things like that.

well first of all you have alot of natuarl growing years left in you. But to help it along all you have to do is excerise and eat right.. also take some multy vitimins and dont smoke or drink..
