This will flush out your system and keep you hydrated as well, but it should not put much of any weight on you. and it mite reduce your bloated feeling some what as well. Why your going to have to pee more often, that's why.

Drinking water will not put on weight as your body will not store it up unless there's a medical reason why your body is not processing it out naturally or they may be another underlying condition as to why you are feeling bloated a lot - drinking plenty of water throughout the day will cleanse your entire body from toxins, and other impurities and eventually become waste and out of your body through it's natural process.
It's when you do not drink any water or enough that bloating becomes a problem, as soon as you consume 15 glasses a day. But this is temporary. From what I know concerning this, it takes at least a few days for your body to become accustomed to the generous amount of water it's getting. If there's a medical condition that you have in which you are constantly feeling bloated, then, I would check with a doctor and go from there.

Anxiety is a disease that is a terrible burden for the patient. It is worth the effort to try to improve. You will want to get vigorous physical exercise every day. For me that would be bike riding, but do whatever will be fun for you, even it is just brisk walking. You may find help by saying the Lord's prayer and the 23rd Psalm every night when you go to bed and really thinking hard about those. Memorize them if you haven't already done that. It helps to have friends you can talk to every day online or on the phone, or else keep a diary. Write kind confident letters to friends and relatives every day, too, if possible. It sounds like you are already working with your doctors to the max. And medication can often make a real difference for the better with anxiety, but at other times something else will have to be tried. You are getting to the place where you accept that you have this. For the bloating, eat less carbohydrates and never over eat. You could have food allergies, talk to the doctor about that. And remember every day to be thankful for the tests that came out well. You are normal in many ways. So just enjoy life as much as you possibly can and help others feel at ease just as you want to be.

I wouldn't recommend drinking 15 glasses of water a day. It's a little known fact, but over-drinking water can kill you... water intoxification and all that. I don't think1 5 glasses is over drinking it though but I'm not sure.
Anyway drinking water fills your stomach up, so yes, it makes you feel bloated... and it puts weight on you the same way that holding a 1kg weight in your hand would put weight on you. It's 'fake' weight.

Unlikely because water has very few or no calories within them, but 15 glasses is a bit excessive but it is within the DRV values so it should be ok
