Do your regular cardio 3 to 5 times a week, 45 minutes to an hour each session. Moderate your eating habits. Once your bodyfat drop, your love handles will slowly disappear. Spot reductions doesnt work. If you do side bends with weights, chances are your waistline will increase due to the muscle increase beneath the fats.

Cardio 3 times a week for 30 minutes and light weights twice a week, and you will see a difference in three to four weeks. I found that running and medicine ball twists were the most effective for me!

You have to work off the fat. Cardio, cardio, cardio. The above poster who commented on the muscle building beneath the fat, was right on. It will make them bigger.
