Drink lots of water and don't eat so many sunflower seeds again.
If you're looking for a natural laxative, prune juice might help. You could also eat a bran muffin or two. If these things don't work, then you could go to the pharmacy and pick up some over-the-counter laxatives. There is something you can get that is normally behind the counter at the pharmacy so you'll have to ask the pharmacist for it. It is called Pico Salix. It comes in a box with two packets. You take one packet with 5 oz water in addition to a dulcolax. Then about 6 hours later, you take the second packet with 5 oz water and another dulcolax. If these things don't work, you're going to need to go to the hospital.

You could try a glycerine suppository (you can find them in the constipation aisle at the store). That would probably help relieve the cnstipation, and help provide some lubrication as the seeds pass.

I assume you chewed the seeds before you swallowed them. The pointed seed theory is weak even if you swallowed them whole.
Your problem is you don't have enough fiber in your diet. Cereals, fruits, nuts (yes, like sunflower seeds, too), veggies, and the previously mentioned prune juice.

Sounds like a terrible time over there, don't eat sunflower seeds again, I would suggest you drink some pruine juice or take a stool softener, But no matter what its gonna come out and it gonna hurt, maybe try to buy some kind of numbing medication for down there????? lol idk but seriously good luck!

Sorry mate, but they have to come out. If you want to 'ease' your constipation along natural laxatives are anything with coconut...ie. coconut milk, coconut cream, fresh coconut itself.
All fruit of course, the softer the better.... like bananas and prunes and sultanas, figs... etc. but all fruit.
I think the nicest way is to have some fresh fruit smoothies if you like and add in some coconut cream for nice flavour and some added 'power' so to speak. Just eat as much of it as you can until your problem is solved.

Stop eating sunflower seed. But until it is out of your system your should drink allot, and eat prunes, prunes prunes prunes.
Your stool will soften, and you will not be constipated.
Hope it all comes out alright.
