I was just wondering if anyone knows WHERE the actual written prescriptions go after you turn them in at a pharmacy? Does the doctor get them back? Does the pharmacy keep them on file? Or do they just get thrown away?? I was just curious to know exactly WHERE they end up after they have been filled and picked up? Thanks for any help you can give! :)

Okay so i outbroke on shingles all over my body i have it on my face, my chin, my arm, stomach, and i have it on my penis.... is this possible.. when i went to the doctor i showed him the one on my face and arm and stuff but not the one on my penis... is it possible to have shingles on my penis? im really scared because i am young (16 years old) and i dont understand much about this.. any help would be appreciated. all i need to know if its possible to get shingles on my penis.

I need to get it out ASAP. I have school(with a basketball tournament) in like 1 hour and 30 minutes.

I tried the hairdryer, and I want to know if hydrogen peroxide is safe to put into my ear to unclog it. It does not hurt, I just can't hear.

I like to know if you have cancer and you are not getting well, and a hospice nurse comes to see you, does that mean it is the end?

My girlfriend's daughter has cancer of the liver and lungs, and she just told me that a hospice nurse was coming to see her daughter today.

My period is going on for almost 2 weeks now. I am 38 years, my period comes every 30-35 days. This is the first time I am experiencing this. I have gained weight for the past few years. Before my period this month, I did some light exercise with weights. I know that will throw off my cycle, should I be alarmed? I don't have any cramps at all. Please tell me what to do, it seems it's not slowing down at all. I don't take contraceptive pills, but I am taking supplements to balance my hormones. I need serious answers only, I can't go to the doctor, I have a high deductible on my insurance. Thanks. Any doctors out there? Please help.

my mother has a friend who has just been put into nursing home.he is paying £600 a month to stay there but the care is very poor.whilst on a visit an old lady who cannot go to the toilet herself was pressing the button to call one of the staff but they did not reply.as it happens she lost control and accidentaly had a poo in her underwear.and because of this the staff left her in that state for four hours.also the friend we were visiting has told us of numerous things saying that the staff do not care for the people and will only do sumthing wen they can be bothered.is there anything to help this matter?

In the last month a few times a week I wake up and get reallly bad leg spasms. They last over a minute which seems forever because it really hurts. I am now 5 months pregnant.

Is this common? why do you get leg spasms? Do I lack some kind of vitamin or do I just need to strecth?

Hi im 21 weeks pregnant. I work with someone who has said he got Herpes from his partner,we also work in a food department of our store,most of the food he handles does have to be cooked,however some of the things do not and he hardly ever uses gloves,The department mananger knows he has it however noone has said anything,Is there any reason for us to worry about this person contaminating anything?I am hoping he uses proper hand washing after using the restroom,but not positive,only positive about myself.Anyone knowledgeable on this subject

I have been having pain in my legs on the outside of my shins. I do not think that it is shin splints because I have had those before. This is more of an aching pain than a sharp pain. It does make it difficult to sleep at night. There is also some swelling at the site. I work 48 plus hours a week and spend all of that time on my feet. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what it may be and possible "cures" for this? Also should I make an appointment with my Doc?
