I've heard that it's good to replace your office chair with a large yoga ball. It's suppose to work out your back and abs while sitting. Is this true, or rumor?

i got a ball & threw my chair out...it's made my back feel better because my posture instantly approved (which has to be good for the abs, too)...also, my tushie never goes to sleep while sitting at my desk anymore, i guess because the ball is softer than my chair was...i recommend it!

nicely, i understand this sounds loopy even even though it does paintings. You sit down on the sting of your chair, the two ft planted on the floor, sitting up directly. whilst persevering with with directly posture, you lean decrease back into your chair (in straight forward terms using your abs), until your neck or shoulders hit. you will experience your abs tighten as they paintings to diminish you slowly decrease back, and lower back whilst they paintings to deliver you directly. once you're no longer doing the workouts, make valuable to sit down down and upward thrust up directly, maximum folk do no longer understand that they might cut back the visual charm of weight in many components in the event that they carry themselves wisely. desire this enables! Krazy.
