THe only way is if he touched one of his open leisions on his genitals, and touched your genitals.. Most people with herpes dont walk around with open sores or leisions anyway, they take medicine and they look completely normal. Some people take a daily medicine that makes it almost in remission. In blood tests it can even show up that the person doesnt have it anymore if they are taking daily Valtrex.... But ya.. you all are fine. Its the AIDS i would worry about. haha.

How To Get Herpes

You can catch the herpes by sexual contact, kissing, or even general body contact- with one caveat: herpes caught from body contact is usually done in sports such as wrestling where there is sever rubbing of sweating (and thus porus) body parts, and only if there is a sore on the area that is rubbed. With sexual contact, there is asymptomatic viral shedding so you can pass it on without having an outbreak, and i think with kissing you generally also need a sore to be present. If he does have an outbreak, she should know to wash his hands a lot. I don't think you have any reason to worry about him handling food. The virus doesn't last that long outside of the body, especially after the 1st outbreak.

You can only get genital herpes from having sex with that person (vaginal, oral, or anal) or by having DIRECT skin to skin contact with the infected area of that person.

You can get cold sores from kissing someone with them or sharing something that they had their lips on, like a drink, chap stick, lip stick, or even cigarettes.

You can NOT get herpes from food, a toilet, a shower, bathtub, jacuzzi, chairs, swimming pool, etc.

Well, he needs to be using gloves. You all should.

And no, he cant get herpes on the food and give someone herpes who eats it.

You need to educate yourself a little more on the subject.

And how does everyone know he has it??? Most people keep that very private.

Dear soon-to-be Ex-Herpster,

Let me ask you a question: What if you didn’t have to buy Zovirax, Famvir, Valtrex or any other “cyclovir” medication again?

Sounds impossible?

I thought so too before I discovered a big lie Big Pharma kept hidden from people like you and me for decades.
