Symptoms include anticipation of the worst possible result of a problem, and not being able to concentrate properly. Irrational thinking and inability to get matters into proportion. These emotional problems then manifest themselves into physical symptoms, such as agitation, sleeplessness, lack of motivation and many other debilitating effects. No two people would be the same. Try yoga. Go to the library or a good book shop and get reading matter to identify solutions to help, and to make you feel less alone. Lack of other people's understanding can be a problem and make you feel worse. Reading about it really does help. I wish you better.
