I am reading that anything about 75% is considered high...do you know if your blood pressure is high and your pulse is high will that make a higher ejection fraction....I was really stressed when the echo was done....and now I am scared that my heart is having problems...my echo show everything else as normal and it even shows that my ejection fraction they consider normal...what scares me as I been have some dizziness vertigo type symptoms the past couple of weeks...my echo was done in February

How Do You help one of your best friends who is struggling with bulimia for the second time in 2 years?

I believe the reason would be that her boyfriend that she is madly in love with broke up with her just recently.

my other best friend says that this is just a cry for attention.

Either way, bulimia can kill her and telling her that won't work because thats the reason she stopped in eighth grade.

Please help. I hate seeing her this way. It's not like she has to lose weight anyway...she only 100 pounds.

im just wondering what is it for & why he takes it ...hes been taking it since he was a baby hes 11 now and im guessing hell have to take them for the rest of his life...what is it for what caused him to always be on this medicine and what are some side effects in the long run or maybe even now hes so crazy one minute runs around dosent listen to what ur telling him the next day he so sensitive and so quiet and acts normal ...your opinions are appreciated!

Hey guys, im 20 years old 5'3 and wanting to lose weight. I literally blew up my senior year of high school.I am about 175 pounds (fat fat fat!!!). If I stick to this diet ranging from 1,200-1,400 calories and exercising an hour to an hour and a half 5 times a week...How long do you think it would take for me to reach 120-130lbs?

I went to my GP 2 weks ago who said that they would refer me to someone to get me perscribed antidepressants as im 17 two weeks later and nothing, I self harmed with razors and attempted suicide again. I have suffered four years now and only plucked up the guts and now nothing all lies and bull **** if its correct that will get you the help then how long will it take? Even though a new job should pick me up it hasnt I am getting worse I cryed all morning before I got to work and pulled of the kitchen cupboard in fustration, my partner knows everything and is a great help but carnt keep putting him through all this (he has A level revision). Please tell me how long it will take, I carnt deal wth it anymore ( I hate it its like im imprisoned by depression and there will never be a way out )?

For the first two days of my period, I have cramps that can drive me to tears. Ibuprofen doesn't really work anymore and Pamprin either doesn't work or takes way too long. I can't even lay down without extreme pain (so there's no chance of sleeping it off). How can I relieve this piercing pain??

For over a year now I have been extremely attracted to a married man here at work. His wife works here too. I have NEVER approached him, but he looks at me when he can. On Memorial Day, two days into a migraine type headache, I found a purple mass on my right temple. Knowing that a headache is the bodies way of saying that something is wrong, I went to the Emergency Room. I was told after a battery of blood tests that I had a rare autoimmune disease called Vasculitis and it was affecting the brain and the right eye. My level of inflammation was very high, so I was put immediately on Prednisone, which I have been on for four days now. Now I face the first of what may be two biopsies soon and I am understandably afraid, mainly of the fact that my immune system is attacking my body and that long term steroids will lower it. I'd like to know if anyone else either has or is going through this. I have faith that I will make a full recovery, but am scared at the same time. Is this normal or am I crazy? I'm trying to keep the best attitude possible in spite of the fact that it's affecting my brain and right eye.
