Psychosomatic disorders are related to stress. Hypertension, asthma, gastrointestinal disorders, skin rashes, coronary heart disease and migrains are the most common. Stress is the causative factor. The physical effects of stress cause these disorders. For example, stressed people tend to produce more stomach acid and have higher blood pressure.

People can have a lot of fear, related to stress, expecting the worst,...having anxiety attacks, and panic attacks...people can be jumpy, even when they hae nothing to fear, out of preconditioned fear or stressful expectancy....hope this isn't the case for you...x
