FBC is a Full Blood Counts so both red cells and white cells.
LFT stands for liver function test. The function of the liver is assessed with a combination of tests that may vary from laboratory to laboratory. They usually include measurement of serum bilirubin, albumin and the levels of certain enzymes usually found within the liver cell that leak out when the cell is damaged, such as alkaline phosphatase and alanine transaminase.
They also say 'Full Blood Chemical Panel' which is shorter. The Blood is the 'window' to the body. In other words if I walked past you Home and peeped in your bedroom window, I would be arrested? I could tell by observation a great deal about you, tidy, untidy, single, double, bunk beds and so on. The blood does the same.

U+E stands for urea and electrolytes, and is a measure of kidney function. The healthy kidney excretes urea and is important in maintaining the electrolyte balance of the body, the balance between such chemicals as potassium and sodium and the acid/alkali balance.
