If everything was normal than the most possible causes can be:
Cervical Spondylitis.
Ear problem.
Kindly have both ruled out.

Your ejection fraction is probably fine. It is often overestimated, especially when the echo is performed by a rookie tech, or a doctor. Your dizziness could be related to high blood pressure, if you have it, or the medication you're taking, if any. Try adjusting your medications if possible. Even seemingly harmless over the counter drugs can cause dizziness, especially allergy pills. If your heart is still a concern, a transesophageal echo could be done. This will get more detailed images of your valves, and particularly your atrial septum, to rule out a defect (hole), which could potentially cause a TIA (mini stroke), which could potentially cause dizziness. The TEE would also find any tiny clots in your heart, or on your valves that could be causing your symptoms. Ask your doctor about it, and be sure to let your doctor know if you're still having symptoms. Good Luck.

Your overall EF should be anywhere from 50-75. No one's is a 100, and it shouldn't be. (Long story) Anyway, The right side of your heart is not the major muscle portion, your left side is, so 32% out of the right is probably close to normal, but I can't say for sure. I'd say your biggest issue is the hypertension actually. The regurgitation is definately not a good thing, but if your body is compensating then hey... Your enlarged atrium would be a bigger issue if you had Heart Failure or damage to your heart muscle. Your ectopic beats may or may not become an issue. The problem is not that you have them, it's WHERE. The ventricles do most of the work, and if their electrical system isn't working there's always the chance that they will pose a problerm. However, I would be more concerned about how the cardiologist feels. I don't know what all that means together, or all the potential issues.

Your dizziness and vertigo has nothing to do with your high ejection fraction of your left ventricle ! See this ejection fraction most of the time is a imaginary calculations and such higher Ejection is very rarely seen ! there is a way to calculate ejection fraction on M mode EKG with minimum possible error so you may ask your cardiologist who has done this to work out that way.Your heart is working good and there is nothing to worry ! Go for x ray of cervical spine for to rule out cervical spondilosis for your present problem and also go for Ear checking for vertigo as our ear do the work of our balancing !Always YouRsmE

Your heart is fine. Your pulse is likely high due to worry.

The echo also looked at the motion of the walls of the heart. If they were reported to your doctor as normal, something else is causing the dizziness, not your heart.

79% is good. It means your heart is working effieciently. Heart failure patients have EF ~30%. Your symptoms may be due to anxiety. If they don't resolve soon go see your doctor.
