Yes, because of carbon monoxide, and other hydrocarbons result in depreviation of oxygen in the brain resulting in cell death gradually and tremors of mild nature are noted in heavy smokers.
Lastly nicotine causes vasoconstriction of brain arteries and lungs , which further aggravates the problems.e.g lack of libido, premature aging etc.
