Your muscles hurt from overuse. Standing all day is very hard on the legs. What would help is if you had a board large enough for your body that you could place one end on a chair or sofa and the other end on the floor, lay with your legs up and your head down. This would help the circulation and the pain.
Dehydration can cause severe pain in the muscles. I recommend you drink purified water mixed with mineral water 50/50. This will replace the minerals that are exiting your body continuously.
I suggest that adults and children drink 40 ounces of water per 100 pounds of body weight every day. Realize that exercise, ambient temperature, and state of health affect the water needs of your body.
Advil soft gel capsules can also help reduce the pain.
If you can do everything I suggest and you don't feel better within two weeks see your medical doctor.

You really need to read "Stop Shin Splints" by Gary Buchenic (also available in electronic format here: http://www.shinsplintscure.org ). It's about how to permanently cure your shin splints naturally. Worked for me and for thousands of people. Good luck!

I would definitely make an appt with your doc if you can"t sleep at night! In the mean time try taking some alleve or motrin for pain and swelling, ask your doc about celebrex, very good nsaid drug for your type of symptoms. Also try taking warm bath before you go to sleep at nite, it will help the swelling, add some epson salts to the bath also! Check out your shoes, are they theright ones for your particular job, comfortable, pliable, etc: Can't diagnose over the net, get checked out now, especially if itmakes it hard to sleep! Good Luck!

Seems it is just because of much standing during work. You should put your legs on sth like a chair or some cushions when resting. Avoid taking salt esp at night.

Gonna sound weird, but try eating some bananas. You are working alot and your potassium is most likely low. That could easily be the cause of your leg pain.

There are a lot of sports and activities that increase the risk of damage to joints and other parts of the body. The reason there is an increased risk of arthritis among soccer players is that it is a high impact sport. It puts a lot of wear and tear on the knees, especially. The same is true of running, which is an essential part of soccer. Since you state that you already have leg problems, you are at a much higher risk for developing complications as a result of this sport. It would probably be a good idea to find some low-impact sports/exercises that you can enjoy, because you are putting your health at risk.
