Do people really experience gain weight from antidepressants?

hi, i lost ahuge amount of weight sensibly over the last nine months 8 stone to be exact or 116lbs going down from a size 24 now a 10 i excercised alot and am toned everywhere aprt from my tummy where there is alot of loose skin, subsequently this has seriously effected my self esteem, to the extreme im on antidepressents..hm not good i know lol..however my nhs has agreed to give me atummy tuck because how this has effected me physcologically..trouble is we have adoctor in the family who has told me this is quite a dangerous operation and isnt worth risking my life over, yet i never have heard anyone dying form atummy tuck, and whilst i realise any operation has its risks its still ahuge worry, but if i turn it down iknow for sure this wont be offered to me again....im so confused and quite frightened if im honest...do i live with what i have got but carry on in my depths of dispair and low self esteem which is affecting my relationshipsand most other parts of my life or just go for it

It hurts mainly in the mornings, I have taken Motrin which seems to work, and when i do cardio at the gym its fine the rest of the day. Its between my shoulder blade and my spinal cord. Feels like a huge knot. Any idea what I can do to make it better? I have even tried taking Viox at night to make it better.

if there is anyone out there with IBS please help me ive been Diagnosed with IBS a few Months ago Ive been dealing with it for several years but it has recently become worse im not even able to hardly eat anything for fear of having An IBS attack does anyone know any good diets or meal plan websites how do you deal i have tryed eat less and no fatty or greasy food and no cream ive almost completly eliminated dairy products but i cant eat anything today all i had was one cup or rice and my bowels are spazaming its insane please help any one with suggestion ??

im 23 married and have a 6 months old this has become so bad im having trouble to take care of her for hours after i eat because im either in the bathrooom or bent over in pain

hi i am a 22 male and had a recent weight gain of 32 pounds over 10 months. I am currently 5'11 and weigh 191. My whole life I have been lean and toned so this weight feels weird on me and went all to my stomach covering my abs and my chest. I want to get a fitness test done but shy of showing off my weight. In the last 3 days have had the urge to urinate constantly. When I go barely anything comes out. I feel like I have to go constantly but I don't. I've also been feeling exhausted, having some cramps, and small back aches. I also have a small burning when urinating. Do you think i have a urinary tract infection?

it happend when i was working tuesday, was walking normal then all of a sudden i got a sharp pain in my leg it started hurting then i could not walk normal, started limping so i stoped rested my leg then the pain went away for a little bit. Then after a while the pain came back then went away did that for a day now the pain wont go away cant stop limping an when i walk it hurts and every time i get up from laying down or sitting the pain gets worse and it's hard to move my leg somre times worse the others.

I have had a tense neck and shoulder for about 10 days now. It is only sore on the left side but the right side is a little bit tender as well. the top of my left shoulder feels like im "bruised" when I touch it and it most hurts when I am sitting up straight. I also have the need to crack my neck every morning on that side to relieve stiffness (I never really cracked my neck before this). Do you have any suggestions to relieve pain or treat this? Know what could cause it? I am an 18 year old female.

I just got interested in this guy, im 18 and hes 27(soon to be 28) i like him alot so far. more than any guy in years. i really feel that he may be the one.

he told me yesterday that he has herpes. he found out when he was 24 ish and he never had an outbreak or anything. he was really upset and was cryin cause he had to tell me. he was worried cause im still young and if i would mind being in a relationship with someone who has it. and if we ever did do anything, he wouldnt want to give it to me.

i said it doesnt matter to me, cause i sex isnt on my mind right now. i was researching on it alot and i really dont know what to think. i told hm to get checked cause if its been 4 years and its still nothing, then get checked again.

any opinions or info for me?

In Dec. MRI showed lower bone had healed, but not the upper. Neurological testing showed no nerve or muscle damage. Have numbness in both feet. The MRI also discovered a bulge between the L4-L5 vertebrae. I am concerned about the continued pain that rediates from the buttocks over the hip down to the groin. Could something else be wrong?

I went to my doctor last tuesday, and my blood pressure was 140/90. Now, I must say that I am obese, but I have cut out all the junk food and fast food from my diet, drastically reduced my sodium intake, eating more fruit and veggies, and exercising more (I'm using the stationary bike and my mini step and I am powerwalking). I am also drinking more water and none of the sugary stuff like soda. My dr. gave me a month, to see if my pressure goes down. There are other factors though: I have been taking allergy medication, like Alavert and claritin, and I have been stressed lately, and my cholestrol level is 161 (down from 239) but my triglycerides is 178 (a bit high)

My question is: besides, the things I mentioned above, what else can I do to lower my blood pressure. FYI: I also have a juicer , so if you have any natural juice receipes I could use that would lower my b.p. that will be great.

I feel really tired and really light and it feels like I have to struggle to keep my eyes open right now., I got a good nights sleep last night and i really dont want to pass out, I'm afraid i wont wake back up.

This is sort of a yucky question, but I'm wondering...When I cry for about 15 minutes, then blow my nose, there is often blood in my snot, accompanied with a throbbing headache.
