Well YES!!! If you have anxiety problems it most certainly can make you feel as though you may pass out! I have anxiety problems and when I am anxious I get light headed and feel warm at times and what happens is you get like what we call a head rush. Its like all the blood rushes to your head and you just feel kind of ...well sort of ...panicky. I am on medication for it and it also helps me sleep at night. It is a very mild non addictive medication if taken properly. But you need to talk to your Dr about it and make sure it is not something else like anemia. Because then you would need a different approach altogether fo medicine. Also sleep apnea has many affects on a persons body too. So see you need to go to your Dr. and ask about these things and he can do tests and a sleep study on you to make sure it is nothing too serious. But for now try not to get too anxious. Sometimes if we think we are not going to sleep good then we don't. I have seen where alot of people in here are having alot of sleep problems so not that it is any conciliation bu just know that you are not alone in this OK? There is help out there but you must ask for it. And good luck to you I hope all gets resolved soon. God Bless!

you know you have anxiety issues and you don't think this is part of that? Guess again. It's your garden variety panic attack deary. Lay down, and breathe slowly and deeply for a while, you will feel much better. Then be sure to eat a little something to keep your blood sugar up, adrenaline burns up blood sugar.
