In the last 3 days have had the urge to urinate constantly. When I go barely anything comes out. I feel like I have to go constantly but I don't. I've also been feeling exhausted, having some cramps, and small back aches. I also have a small burning when urinating. Do you think i have a urinary tract infection?

Yes. Go to a doctor asap because an infection like this can get into your kidneys and shut them down completely. Of course, before that would happen you would be in a terrible amount of pain and have difficulty standing up.

Hurry to a doctor. Seriously.

And when you have seen a doctor, gone through the medications and such, drink cranberry juice once a month. It will help flush out your system. There are other precautions to take like wearing cotton underwear, preferably white, and such but if you do nothing else but drink cranberry juice once a month it will go a looong way to keeping you from further infections.

Sounds like you do have a UTI (urinary tract infection). I had that experiences a few times myself. One thing that works wonder for me to relieve the pain and discomfort is to drink cranberry juice or take cranberry pills (you can find it at any store as supplements). However, the experts would advise you still need to have a check up with your gyn-ob doctor and they usually will make you do a urine test to determine if you're having an UTI or anything else more serious. Then they should give you a prescription to clear it up. Sometimes back aches might mean your infection might have gone more serious and it might infect your other organs, like your bladder, etc. So it's the best that you do get to a dr. for it to make sure the infection is going away completely. Or else, it might come back again or cause more deeper problems. But for immediate relieve for your pain, I'd definitely recommend the cranberry juice! In the future to avoid this, make sure you do pee after sex, that will help get rid of some bacteria that you accidentally "rubbed" in during sex. And keep your cranberry juice/pill handy at home!

It does sound like it. A UTI also makes it hurt when you TRY to go pee. If you cannot afford to go to the doctor there is an OTC medicine that is sold (at Wal-Mart that I know of) that helps. Also get some cranberry juice and some yogurt...they both contain some natural ingredients that help.

How old are you, any injuries or infections lately?
If you are around 45 it could be prostatits which requires a antibiotic.
You are not giving enough info!
Drink lots and lots of water, cranberry juice or ice tea with lemon.

You might...doesn't hurt to grab some cranberry juice and drink it along with increasing water intake...and see a doctor to rule out/prevent a more serious kidney infection.
