It could be a condition called Balantitis - from improper hygiene. If he doesn't wash under the foreskin, a cheesy material called smegma accumulates - can cause an infection and irritation. The solution is to wash carefully with warm salty water (use kitchen salt - enough for the water to taste salty) He could also have psoriasis which can cause balantitis as well. In this situation a doctor should be seen to prescribe a steroid cream.

You can't itch your penis unless you have mystical powers of some sort. You might scratch your penis. Crabs are lice that infest the hair around the area, not on the organ its self.

Some guys like to reach back and make sure their wallet is still in their hip pocket. Maybe it's the same principal but different item.

He might have clamidiya and he might not know it. but one of the tell tale signs in men is an itchy bell end. Tell him to go get checked out or if hes too embarrassed he can buy a testing kit from a chemist...... Or you can chop it off... whatevers best for him really lol

May be he fancies you. Each time he sees you his hand goes down to his willy. Anyway ask yourself why are you so interested in looking at his willy?

Well he could have shaved and the hair is growing back.
Could be lice or crabs.
Could be a rash or the hair is rubbing against his underwear..

He also could be allergic to the laundry soap he uses....and should change that.

Tell him to get some Canesten cream and use it. I bet you're glad he let you in on that amazing little piece of information - sometimes, there's just TOO much information isn't there!!!!

Perhaps he has a simple fungal infection commonly known as "jock itch". Topical anti-fungals should clear it right up.
