My dad says I am to skinny and need to eat more but a boy yesterday called me fat Im a gymnast and im quite short I 15 im 4"11 and weigh 75- 80 pounds is that alot for my height? should I be on a diet ? I do eat a good about so its not like im starving my self Im hungry alot from so much time in the gym so help me out am I too fat or too skinny?

Recently, but very occasionally, i have been feeling like something is stuck in my throat or that something is going up my throat, but nothing was there. While that happens, my chest really hurts-is it heartburn? I just almost threw up a minute ago, it was in my mouth and everything. I was bending down to plug something in, and i guess i burped, but i started to vomit. It never left my mouth, but shortly after, my mouth started watering like i was going to barf again. Does this have anything to do with acid reflux, and does it sound like i even have it?

My mom has acid reflux, and doctors thought my sister did also, but they were wrong. My dad doesn't have it.

I just started Cymbalta 6 days ago. I am already at 60 mgs. I already feel a positive difference, but I am so tired- I am sleeping alot. I also feel my body jerking as I am sleeping. It is wierd. I am hoping the tiredness goes away. I really don't want to do anything but sleep. Has anyone experienced this?

The handle on the toilet stool broke, so i bought a new one and when i took the old one out, i cut my thumb on the part that sits on the inside. (It was rusted). I washed my hands real good, and i put achohol on the cut. Am i okay? ( i also live in an apartment building and i don't know where the water goes or what might be on the inside of the toilet

When I am on my period, I often experience serious wetness. To the point where I feel like I might have had an accident.....only to discover it is just wetness. I usually have to change my underwear 2-3 times a day. It is very embarrassing and inconvenient. Does anyone else have this problem and have any solutions???

I am very dependant on my sleep. If i go to sleep at 11 o'clock or later, I cannot function the next day. If I have a few nights of really late bedtimes, I get really sick. My friend said she can go to sleep at 2 o'clock and be perfectly fine. My parents are very strict with bedtimes, and I always went to sleep early when I was younger. Could this be the reason for my desperate need for sleep?

I have fibromyalgia and depression. My one doctor wrote a letter stating that I no longer could do the work my current job entails and I took it to work. My company put me on long term disability (LTD). (Mainly, my ability to learn new things is gone and I am in physical pain. Some days I just have to stay in bed. This makes me a rather unreliable employee for any job.)

However, to complete the company's paperwork so that I can begin getting LTD pay (a part of my original salary) , I need to have each of 4 doctors complete a fill-in-the-blank 2-page form.

The doctors do not want to do the form. (Any forms, apparently.)

Is there anything you can suggest? Have you been in this situation? I don't know what to do next.

My doctor noticed a "thickening" in both of my breasts last week. She sent me for an ultrasound right away. Today her office called me and she wants me to come in Tuesday morning re the ultrasound.
Now I'm freaking out. When I was 28 I was diagnosed with skin cancer-everyone told me its nothing, that I'm too young to have cancer. They were wrong. I'm only 30...and there is no history of breast cancer in my family. How do I stay positive about this?

Im a 63 yr. old married grandmother and raise dogs.I started having trouble with my blood ressure a little over 2 mos. ago. aat first it was running way high,like237/117 and they started me out on lopresser 100 mg. 1 a day, then went to 2 a day and was still very high so they added 2 linsopril 20. mg. a day, and that didnt work so they sent me to a heart Dr. and he added Bec\ncar 40 mg. 1 q day and then clondine 1 mg.2 aday and laxix 40 mg. 1 q day and klor 1 Qq day and then the bottom started dropping out after it was good for a while and now Im having to go to E.R. ror low pressure as it gets down to 80/40 and pulse in 40s. They cant find anything that is causing this. All my tests are fine except my chloestrol is a little high.My heart,throid and everthing else is checking out fine.They have taken me off of Linsopril, and clondin except for emergenccies,and I dont take my P.M. meds if my pressure is to low. Im at my wits end and dont know what to do.Help

Since i was a baby i have enjoyed the sounds of white or static noise. The TV on mute, the sound of an engine running smoothly, hairdryers, the static on an un-tuned television.

Luckily my boyfriend does too.
But we need a name for this, and if possible, a reason.
