HOW TO MAKE MYSLF EAT LESS? i always crave food, only on my tongue, even when i dont feel hungry.
i just want to chew something.
chewing gum makes me sick after a while..
i just want to know, all you toned, healthy and fit people out there, what's ur secret to that body?
whats ur motivation to exercise?
what kind of exercise do you do? and for how long, how frequent?
any advice for a pathetic eater like me?
