Well, i dont know about 'speeding' things up, but an excellent alternative to water is Green Tea..it actually has many health benefits..it's excellent at fighting those free radical nasties in your system
try it..you wont find a better, cheaper body detoxifer, tastes ok too!!

The simplest way I know of to detox the body is stop putting toxins in it. Our body releases waste through metabolism. The best way to get rid of normal waste is though the lymphatic system. Real clean water is the best means to flush that out. Balanced meals made from raw food should be what you need.

Sweating! If at all possible, sit in a sauna, several times a week-sweating is the very best way to rid your body of all the toxins in has in it!

Milk Thistle is very good for detoxifying the liver-so is Olive leaf. Toxins are stored in the liver and colon, so these are very important to get rid of the toxins from! Do a good colon cleanse is very beneficial-a good fiber such as Psyllium Husks or maybe Cascara Sagrada. Wormwood or Black Walnut is excellant for getting rid of parasites. Chlorphyll is wonderful for blue purifcation!

And sweat, sweat, sweat, as much as you can!

Eat plenty of good healthy fresh food, fruits, vegetables, meat and grains. Best thing is to avoid putting illegal drugs, tobacco and alcohol into your system to begin with. Other than that, your body doesn't need detoxifiying, except perhaps to increase the income of various quasi-medical quack practitioners who will try to convince you that their services are needed.

1) Drink 7 gallons of distilled water. It acts on the body like a pipe cleaner to a pipe.
2) Buy Red Clover herb, & Spirulina. They both detox, but different things.
