centchroman available in india as 'saheli' is non-hormonal, non-steroidal oral contraceptive which is taken once per week. In India, ormeloxifene has been available as birth control since the early 1990s, and it is currently marketed there under the trade name Saheli. Ormeloxifene has been tested and licensed as a form of birth control, as well as a treatment for dysfunctional uterine bleeding in India. This birth control form is highly effective and devoid of any side effects.

Why US dept of drug (FDA) has not approved it yet? Why is it still not available in US? I could not find any reserch done by US companies on centchroman ? Anyone has any idea?

and will lose more. Since I have lost this weight when I sit down my tail bone hurts. I have tried shifting positions, sitting on pillows, sitting up straight, and moving around. These things help short term but not always for any of them. Anybody got any ideas of what I can do to help this problem other than gain weight. ( Don't try to be funny, I am not into any funny sexual stuff)

I mean today you see people crazy after maintaining a diet, going to the gym, etc. etc. So is it really worth it or is it just a hype created by fitness companies to boost profits?

I would rather live 2 years less rather than worry about being overweight all the time!

My father was diagnosed almost 3 years ago with throat cancer. He has been through two rounds of chemo and radiation and a neck dissection to remove a tumor. The cancer is back more aggressively than ever before and he is now under home hospice care. His prognosis is grim and doesn't have much time. My question is concerning other forms of pain control. They have him on so many pills and they don't seem to work very well......is there anything someone else has tried of an alternative method for attempting to control accute pain?

Just curious cause I think I already had 3 months of it.

If the doctor diagnoses me with IBS, then he asks to do colonoscopy. I think it's quite expensive! How much does it cost?

Do I have it? What is it? Last early February, I always had watery stools. Then it stopped when I ate bananas then it just happened and stopped and happened and stopped. Then it is happening now. Is that IBS? How do you cure IBS? Is it life threatening? Or if it isn't IBS, what are the other possibilities?

Breakfast:Lukewarm lemon water,a sweetlime.
Lunch:Salad without dressing or kidney beans with little curd.
Dinner:Dal without oil(tadka).
Sometimes a cup of tea.
2-3 fruits as snack like oranges, figs.
No particular exercise.

My friend's sister said she heard on tv that such a diet can lead to multi organ failure.
