and will lose more. Since I have lost this weight when I sit down my tail bone hurts. I have tried shifting positions, sitting on pillows, sitting up straight, and moving around. These things help short term but not always for any of them. Anybody got any ideas of what I can do to help this problem other than gain weight. ( Don't try to be funny, I am not into any funny sexual stuff)

yes I spend a lot of time on the treadmill walking, but not on my butt, what has that got to do with my tail bone?

i have a vague memory of something called inflammation of the coccyx which you describe as the tail bone and i would guess its an inflammation problem or a manipulation thing possibly unrelated to the weight loss which i trust you have lost sensibly;osteopath,chiropractor referral from your doctor?

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

pick up a 5 or 10 pound weight at the gym and visualize that weight coming off holding the weight in your hands helps bring home just how heavy even 5 pounds of extra fat can be

i've got lost 5 pounds in my first week. this is my 10th day and that i've got coated salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean fowl) as you pronounced. After 4 years of attempting, the fat is finally coming off. It somewhat feels like magic! get began on the instant!

do you walk to build up your glutes? you need some kind of leg exercise to keep what muscle you have while losing weight.

the muscles in your butt support you when you are sitting on them.
the thinner and weaker they are, the more chance of sitting down on something, or just too hard and bruising your tailbone.

I had a friend fall on her tailbone once while skiing, and broke hers.
