Breakfast:Lukewarm lemon water,a sweetlime.
Lunch:Salad without dressing or kidney beans with little curd.
Dinner:Dal without oil(tadka).
Sometimes a cup of tea.
2-3 fruits as snack like oranges,figs.
No particular exercise.

My friend's sister said she heard on tv that such a diet can lead to multi organ failure.

This is a very unhealthy diet even if you want to lose weight and it should not be carried out for more than a week. You need oils and proteins for repairs and maitenance of nerve and muscle sheaths and cell walls. Add a little olive oil to your salad and a boiled egg. This should balance out your diet and you need never worry about organ failure. Substitute a bit of boiled chicken for egg in your salad. Be sure to have moong and channa sprouts. Good luck

This diet has some basic life support items, such as greens and vit. C, complex carbos, etc. The Lemon juices on empty stomach is terrible for the lining of the stomach.

If you were to fruit diet with no tropical fruits, for at least two, possibly 7 days consecutively, it would detox the body and help you lose weight.

Look up the Scarsdale Diet, or Thew South Beach Diet. They are quick weight loss over a very short time.

If you skip the sugar in the tea this is rather healthy. Dal is a type of pea. It is sometimes curried. The curry is spicy and could send a warning. Death is your fear aniexty.

No, it will not lead to multi organ failure. It isn't very healthy though.

Yes...very little protein can lead to serious consequences.
