im looking to lose some weight, as healthy and quick as poss.

Plenty of exercise, eat 5-6 small meals aday and drink plenty of water,don't starve your self as this will just wont work........any more questions please email me.

It all depends how much you weigh and how much you want to lose. Read a recent study that labeled Atkins the fastest worker for losing weight. A milder version is called South Beach diet. Then there is the GM diet and the all liquid diet in which you have a solid meal once in two days and drink liquids for the rest of the time. They all work depending on which kind you can do and all require you to be physically active and do some regular exercise ......which you should to keep the muscle and skin tone good. You don't want a sagging skin and week musculature now do you?

All diets are bad if it means starving and depriving yourself.
If you starve and lose weight quickly you will only gain back what you lost and then some.
Drink more water, eat more lean protein like chicken and fish.
More fruit and veg.
A healthy breakfast like porridge, soup for lunch and a nice fresh tuna salad for supper.
Oh and cut out alcohol which is laden with sugar and empty calories.
A healthy diet is a balanced diet, everything else is just a fad.

The only diet that is good is a healthy diet, and weather you choose one of the slimming clubs or health club or by doing it yourself, make sure you lose your weight wisely else it will all go back on once you start to eat again, and you will ended up yo yoing, which would not be healthy.

Hi i done the slim fast diet and i found that worked for me but i also worked out for 20min a day and i lost about 5lb in 2weeks good luck

Eat a balanced diet and exercise regularly. Burn more calories than you eat and you will lose weight!

their is no quick,eat plenty of salads,ham and salad sanwiches ok,no butter,no sugar in tea or coffee,2 pieces of fruit per day,no more walk for 1 hour each day,no excuses.you will lose weight reasonably quickly,weigh yourself once weekly to test results good luck
