My fair lady I pray you come to your senses and leave your beautiful bosoms they way you have described them. They sound as if they are a gift from God and should be cherished.

I understand because I used to have to buy weird clothes to fit mine. The only thing to do it to wear a minimiser bra (these seriously work well) or a Breast Reduction with a Plastic Surgeon.
I had a reduction last week from a 34G to a 34DD so I am actually now the same size as you, also I'm only 5'3 and a small build. I only wear tops and dresses that are either a long length or that are made of a stretch material. I have always found that the only way to go is to wear fitted clothes also, nothing loose as it can make me look fat. I know I am not really being very helpful but I had just had to get used to having large boobs before the reduction and now afterwards I am not having much trouble at all so maybe just try some different materials and styles of tops and see what works best for you :)

I have the same problem, I;m under 5ft (4ft 10) and I have 36D boobs too, didn't like them when I was younger but 1 child and breatfeeding later I'm glad I've got bigger boobs. As you're only 7st 9 please don't diet to try and make your boobs smaller you're a good weight for your height, u'd only make yourself ill. If you're really concious about them I think you're only alternative is to speak to your GP. Personally I would say enjoy what you've been given and choose clothes that flatter your curves !!

The only way to reduce them is through surgery. You can buy minimiser bras, if you are in the UK go to M and S and they will measure you properly and show you the best bras for you.
I know how you feel, I'm a 36DD, but I'm 5 ft 7 and heavier than you, they don't look so obvious on me. If they are causing you backache, go and see your GP and ask if you could have a reduction on the NHS due to your small frame, you may be able to, the waiting list is very long though.
Good luck.

Yep I agree with the first answer. You're not overweight so losing weight isnt going to help. Try asking your GP for info on the surgery. A friend of a friend had a breast reduction op & they were a diff person afterwards. She said it was the best decision she'd ever made! Think about it and read up and get as much info as possible. Good luck!

Losing weight MAY help lose some in the breast. Personally losing weight I have never lost any cup size while working out, it just depends on how much fatty tissue versus dense breast tissue is in your breasts.
If you have back pain and other health issues you could get a breast reduction.

Only dieting which you don't need to do as you're already small.
Surgery is the only true option, that or love your big boobs.
I have large breasts myself and it can be horrible having to wear clothes that are bigger than you actually are.
The answer is to wear a good bra and celebrate your beautiful curves.

You could wear a minimizer bra. It gives the appearance of smaller breasts. The only other option is breast reduction surgery.
