my husband is in the army and away for 4 months. Just lately i have been feeling really down all the time i dont sleep and have lot weight. I lost my little boy 11 years ago when he was 5 weeks old but just lately i cant stop thinking about him and have nightmares nearly every night. My family live in england and i miss them really much i only get to see them once a year has we live in germany. I only have 1 friend and she has just moved away.

Hi, I recently recovered from a really bad cold (about 2 weeks ago) and i seem to have cought another one, luckly not as bad as the first one. I was talking to my biology teacher about it and he said that because i workout; alot 3-4 times a week and have a low percentage of body fat i am more vonurable to colds. I always thought that if you workout you are less likely to get colds?

I shaved around my groin area with a razor and shaving cream. There are some red spots and appearing lumps that are small with no red eye, just itchy.

My father has fronto temporal dementia.

He is only 60 years of age. He can't communicate to us. He doesn't speak to us and finds simple tasks hard to do.

He walks around the house and keeps trying to get out of the house. He seems bored but what can we do? We take him out in the car as he likes it but can't give him anything to do in the house as he just walks away.
Any suggestions? I love my dad and want to help him. I asked him to pass me a newspaper 5 or 6 times nice & slowly as I thought he might understand but he just just shouted really loud and clenched his fists. In anger at himself for not understanding. I think It's Pick's disease.

over the past year at college i went from 160 to 192. i really didn't notice the weight until last month. the new weight feels funny on me and I have developed a chubby belly. and i can't fit into some of my clothes from last year now. i am currently 5'11, is this overweight, fat, or just a little chubby? should i see my dr?

my nose has been bleeding for a week, and the blood becomes a clot in my nose, so it feels stuffy until I blow my nose. I tried Vaseline, to keep my nose 'moist' but it's not helping.

What could the cause of this be and what can I do to stop it?

started with shortness of breathe 2-3 weeks ago like i felt tightness in my chest at times and when i would breathe in it was shallow my heart racing and palpitations heart rate has been as low as 64 and as high as very little over 100 at rest it constantly varies.so i wound up in the er cause i i had all of this plus i felt like i was going to pass out turned out i was dehydrated and my blood sugar was a little high im not diabetic everytime after that it was normal and my potassium was low so i was admitted into the hospital they did a colonoscopy and upper endoscopy only found some gastritis i was discharged but i was still having the breathing and heart rate problem and for about a week ive been having chest pains went to the er like 3 times since i was discharged and nothing came up in blood,urine,chest xray they did ekg each time and yesterday i had an echocardiogram everything was said to be fine..but yet i still feel all of this... read additional details since im out of space

Just curious, as to how many people have been dumped out of a relationship, because of being mentally ill? Did they leave you when you were in the hospital? Did they stick around for that and then leave you? Or has your lover stuck by you the whole way through.

Do you think being ill has driven people way from you? Does this, inturn make it hard to trust others? Just curious, as to to other's experience!

What is the best way to deal with kidney failure? Specifically, the loss of ability to do all I used to do, and the loss of a paycheck. It's a slow down-hill slide so far but now the weakness has gotten much worse and I am looking at starting dialysis soon. I'm trying to keep the spirit up, even though I see changes in me.
