just a little chubby. If it was your freshmen year, then it's natural to gain a little weight.

you do not need a doctor, maybe just walking, dieting a little, or just watch what you eat.

According to the BMI, (Body mass Index) 192 lbs at 5'11" puts you slightly overweight but not overly so. If you exercise regularly then you may be 5 - 10 lbs over weight, as BMI tends to be pretty aggressive on its index.

If you do not exercise then I would say you are closer to 15 - 20 lbs overweight. If you modify your eating habits slightly and add activity like running, walking or biking you will see a big change.

As a student I assume you spend a lot of time studying, when you study do you eat and drink junk. Pop and chips are bad offenders, you should be going for water or at least flavoured waters and popcorn are better choices for munchies while hitting the books.

You do not need a Doctor. Unless you just enjoy spending money.

You are apparently male . At 5'11" and 192 you are not really over weight.

You probably need to just tone up. Take walks or take up tennis or running. Work out a little bit to get rid of the tummy.

according to BMI tables, you are at a BMI of 27. This is classified at overweight (normal BMI is 24 or less) I douby tyou need to go to a doctor though, just do some exercises on your own, eat a bit healthier. Most people are able to lose weight just by replacing sodas with water.

Just a little chubby, but if you go over that 200 mark it turns into fat.

hi ken, You don't have to see a doctor if your health is good.Think back about any changes in your eating habits and how much and what you consume. eat no starch,no sugar, grease or package food's at least for a couple of months;no cake ,pie, icecream, candy, burgers, fries. Eat VEGETABLES,FRESH FRUITS,WHOLE GRAIN BREAD[sparingly]. make yourself in a blender--using one scoop soy protein[only] add 2%milk strawberries, orange juice, and 1 banana, this hi protein smoothie can be your breakfast. take multi-vitamins[ i purchase mine at a health food store] and multi-minerals,the liquid kind [preferred].get plenty of exercise--walking, running, weight lfting, swimming. If you have to do a burger at fast food, throw away one half of the bun.kill the fast food habit. I have lived this way all my life-- rarely get any kind of sick and still enjoy a full life of boating, playing music in a band the year round and working in my shop. just finished bulding a 31 foot trimaran sailboat 7 years ago at66-- looking for another big project. this life style work's for me--hope it will for other's.Arnie P.S. don't eat white bread, whole wheat bread--just get used to whole grain bread ,preferrably,3grain or 5grain bread.
