I read on my skincare bottle that it is reccomended to visit a dermatologist annually.?

Is this something I should do? I really don't have any problems, but can he do something once in a while like deep clean my face or something?

My family has a history of skin cancer after age 40. I went for my first screening then and my first dermatologist recommended I come back every five years unless I noticed something that bothered me.

I love going to an aesthetician for deep cleanings -- every thing from Swiss steam to microdermabrasion. It's relaxing and my skin looks great!
