There are enough definitions about homeopathy that I need not go through them.

The thing with homeopathy is that it takes time to heal, as in most alternative treatments or natural cures. Do not expect instantaneous results.

To a great extent, healing also depends on how much faith you have in the method of treatment.

Homeotherapy should be used in combination with traditional medicine, never instead of it. Homeopathic medicine is based on like cures like, with extremely dilute solutions.
In my opinion, much of this could be the "placebo effect" - that is, the cure works because you are expecting it to work.

As noted in the first article, the homeopathic physician must also be familiar with the remedies and the individual patients case. Some illnesses are also apparently not very treatable with homeopathic medicine.

What Homeotherapy really is, is quack medicine, based on a 19th century scam involving 'remedies' which are just pure water. Patients who follow this method can be well, because most minor ailments will go away by themselves. But homeopathy's real danger, is that you may have a serious illness and not get it treated while undergoing the quack therapy.

it is "alternative" medicine, meaning using herbs and teas for your symptoms, but it can't cure all of the illnesses so that's why we have to use real medicine,it's up to what is that you are trying to cure
