This either sounds like acne or hives. If they are itchy, it's probably hives. If not, probably acne. Try lime juice for your bumps.

See a physician. You may have a dermatitis problem, roseacea, or you may have allergies mascquerading as someting else, especially it it flares up after certan foods or environmental contact.

Different kinds of bumps , you forgot to tell us your cause .
If they are an allergic reaction , you can just wait it out .
Or are they some form of pox ?
